The Hawthorne Court Apartments are a small community nestled built in 1911, located in the thriving and trendy Hawthorne district. We offer large, vintage one-bedroom and studio apartments from 560-825 square feet.

Our apartments feature high ceilings with beautiful crown molding, hardwood floors, and original cabinetry and hardware. Each unit features large windows that provide plenty of natural sunlight. Kitchens are made for cooking with lots of countertop and cupboard space. There are many local businesses within walking or biking distance. Downtown Portland is a 15-minute bike ride or 20-minute bus ride away. Willamette River swimming access and the Eastbank Esplanade are just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away.
